Questions about hours
Do hours expire?
You have 12 months from purchase to use them. If your project pauses, your hours wait for you.
How do I see what I consume?
Every task is logged with description, owner and time. You get a weekly report, and very soon a portal wired to our Odoo so you can check it live.
What if the work takes fewer hours than estimated?
Unused hours stay in your block for whatever comes next. We never bill time we did not work.
Can I use hours for support, not just development?
Yes. Support, training, configuration, migration or development — you decide where they go.
Can I buy more later and keep my rate?
Your rate comes from the size of each purchase. If you top up within 12 months, we add the period’s hours together to work out the tier.
Do you invoice in Mexico?
Yes, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the tax details you provide at checkout.
